Job summary

Savaya Group Bali is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead the Food and Beverage service across our venues. You will supervise the floor, coordinate servers and support teams, and maintain high operational standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a confident, organised hospitality professional, you will lead shifts, communicate across the floor, kitchen, bar, and leadership teams, and coach staff to uphold service quality during busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong guest-service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams across a busy floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day floor operations for Food and Beverage.
• Lead service teams during shifts and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and leadership.
• Monitor service flow, guest needs, and safety standards to maintain high-quality service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Support training and onboarding for new staff as required.
