Job summary

ANV Hospitality Group (Denpasar) is seeking a Floor Captain to lead the service team and support the Floor Supervisor in daily restaurant operations on site in Bali, Indonesia.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of F&B experience, strong leadership, and exceptional guest service skills. Applicants should be able to work weekends and holidays, maintain high standards, and contribute to a smooth, efficient service flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Floor Supervisor in managing daily restaurant floor operations.
• Coordinate and supervise Waiters/Waitresses during service.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Monitor the service flow and ensure all tables are properly attended to.
• Assign sections and daily tasks to service staff.
• Assist in handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to company standards.
• Conduct or assist with pre-shift briefings and communicate important information to the team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of service equipment.
• Support and guide new team members during their training.
• Report operational issues and staff concerns to the Floor Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
