Job summary

ANV Hospitality Group (Denpasar) is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on supervising the restaurant floor, guiding service staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations with excellent service.

You will coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage shifts, train staff, handle guest requests, and uphold hygiene and guest satisfaction. Minimum diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in a supervisory F&B role are preferred; weekend and holiday shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Senior High School or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar F&B supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and daily F&B operations.
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Able to handle pressure and solve operational issues effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant floor.
• Lead, guide, and motivate Waiters/Waitresses and service staff.
• Ensure all guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance during shifts.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the dining and service areas.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock and service equipment availability and report any issues to management.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate important operational information to the team.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and team development.
• Prepare or support daily operational reports when required.
