Qualifications

• Proven experience in EXIM operations and international logistics.
• Experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Background in purchasing or supplier management in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation, including customs declarations and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents for timely movement.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EXIM & Purchasing Staff to join our team at our facility in Subang, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing our import/export operations and procurement activities. The role is central to ensuring smooth supply chain operations, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting the company's international business objectives. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate seamless logistics and purchasing processes that directly impact our production timelines and business relationships.

What you'll be doing

Managing import and export documentation, including preparing and processing customs declarations, bills of lading, and other EXIM-related paperwork

Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods

Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for raw materials and components required for bakeware manufacturing

Negotiating purchase terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and quality standards

Preparing and issuing purchase orders whilst monitoring order status and following up on deliveries

Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock management

Liaising with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines

Monitoring compliance with import/export regulations, tariffs, and international trade policies

Maintaining supplier databases and documentation for audit and reference purposes

Resolving procurement and logistics issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions

Candidates must be willing to undergo training for 6 months or 1 year in Solo/Karanganyar, after which they will be assigned to a position in Subang Regency.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in EXIM operations, import/export documentation, or international logistics

Solid background in purchasing, procurement, or supplier management within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of customs procedures, international trade regulations, and documentation requirements

Familiarity with bakeware manufacturing or similar industrial production processes is advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with inventory management or ERP systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and data entry

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
