Job summary

PT Superior Porcelain Sukses, a leading granite tile manufacturer in Indonesia, invites applicants for a procurement role based in Surabaya (East Java). Lead procurement for raw materials, build supplier partnerships, and coordinate across departments to align with production schedules.

Open to candidates from all experience levels, with emphasis on strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in any major (Engineering/Geology/Management/Food Science or Tehnology is preferred), GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Open to candidates from all experience backgrounds.
• Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong logical thinking, calculation ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips (out of town / out of island).
• Comfortable working both in office and on-site environments.
• Not allergic to dust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement process for raw materials, including demand analysis and procurement strategy planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers while actively sourcing new potential vendors.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure material arrival aligns with production schedules.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and according to specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate procurement team performance to ensure operational excellence.
