Job summary

PT San Neng Bakeware Indonesia is seeking an experienced EXIM and Purchasing Staff to manage import/export operations and procurement at our Subang facility in West Java. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant movements of goods and competitive sourcing.

The role includes handling documentation, negotiating terms, monitoring orders, and maintaining inventory records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EXIM operations and international logistics.
• Experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Background in purchasing or supplier management in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation, including customs declarations and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents for timely movement.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with warehouse for stock.
• Liaise with internal departments to align procurement with timelines.
• Monitor compliance with import/export regulations and tariffs.
• Maintain supplier databases and documentation for audits.
• Resolve procurement and logistics issues promptly.
