Ruangguru seeks an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Pekanbaru. This entry-level role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers to support our Account Executives in building lasting relationships.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, receive comprehensive training, and have a clear path for career growth within a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment in the heart of Riau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, sales-driven environment.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement targeting Pekanbaru businesses.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify them as potential customers.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to communicate value effectively.
