Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) in Jakarta to join our team providing managed services and keeping client IT infrastructure operational. You will monitor systems, identify and resolve incidents, and follow approved procedures for ticket fulfillment and change requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
• Experience in ITSM processes and ticket handling is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a global services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide managed services to ensure client IT infrastructure operates reliably.
• Monitor client infrastructure, investigate and resolve first-line incidents.
• Follow SOPs and approved procedures for ticket fulfilment, patching and configuration changes.
• Conduct shift handovers to ensure continuity of service and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to reduce incidents and introduce automation for requests and resolutions.
• Support project work and disaster recovery exercises as needed.
