Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) in Jakarta to provide reliable managed services for client IT infrastructure. You will monitor systems, identify and resolve first-line incidents, and follow approved SOPs for ticket, chat, or ITSM requests while performing patching and configuration changes.

You will work to reduce recurring incidents, explore automation opportunities, and support project work and disaster recovery exercises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of common networking technologies and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure and services to maintain operation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve first-line incidents and problems.
• Handle tickets, ITSM requests, and chat support following SOPs.
• Perform patching and configuration changes; ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Identify optimization opportunities and potential automation for requests and incidents.
• Support project work and disaster recovery activities when required.
• Update knowledge bases and share insights to drive service improvements.
