Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide managed services to ensure client IT infrastructure remains operational.
• Monitor client infrastructure and respond to incidents.
• Investigate first-line incidents and determine root causes.
• Escalate when necessary; ensure knowledge articles are utilized.
