Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales across Indonesia and the SEA region. You will drive end-to-end B2B cycles, from prospecting to negotiations, while building long-term partnerships with senior and C-level stakeholders.

The role emphasizes consultative selling of AI-powered SaaS solutions, deep market understanding, and close collaboration with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

Qualifications

7–12 years of B2B sales or business development experience in enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record closing multi-month enterprise deals USD 100k+.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies targeting enterprise clients across Indonesia and the SEA region.
Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain relationships with mid-to-senior and C-level stakeholders.
Conduct consultative sales conversations and tailor proposals.
Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and robust CRM updates.
