Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales across Indonesia and the SEA region, focusing on AI-powered SaaS solutions and long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for leading the full B2B sales cycle and engaging with senior stakeholders to tailor proposals.

You will manage complex negotiations, collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, and work remotely while being based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field; Tier 1 university preferred.
• Minimum 7–12 years in B2B Sales or Business Development, enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles of six months or longer with deal values USD 100,000 or above.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting enterprise clients across Indonesia and the SEA region.
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, demonstrations, and proposals through negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Position AI-powered SaaS solutions based on client needs and market dynamics.
