Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales in Indonesia. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle, engage C-level stakeholders, and position AI-powered SaaS solutions to large clients across Indonesia and the SEA region.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in enterprise software sales, a deep network in the Indonesian market, and the ability to drive long-cycle deals from prospecting to closing while working remotely from Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or tech.
• 7–12 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Enterprise sales cycles of 6+ months; deals USD 100k+.
• Proven pros in prospecting to closing.
• Experience selling enterprise software (HRS, CDP, SFA, DMS).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies across Indonesia and SEA.
• Identify high-potential enterprise accounts and prioritize.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Engage C-level stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, Pre-Sales for delivery.
• Maintain CRM, provide pipeline visibility.
