Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Established B2B client relationships or enterprise network in Indonesia is a plus.
• Strong IT concepts and ability to engage C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts.
• Develop strategic account growth plans to increase contract value.
• Acquire new enterprise clients through prospecting and direct business development.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
• Present proposals and negotiate with client stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate with marketing to strengthen lead generation.
