Enterprise Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager for Indonesia. This remote role is based in Jakarta and focuses on driving enterprise sales in Indonesia and the wider SEA region, managing complex deals and high-value opportunities.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, tailor AI-powered SaaS demonstrations, and lead multi-team coordination to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnerships. Requires 7+ years in tech sales and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in tech/services.
• Proven ability to close significant deals and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales in Indonesia and SEA region from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Position AI-powered SaaS solutions based on client needs and market dynamics.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for successful delivery.
• Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline visibility and forecasts.
