Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales in Indonesia and the SEA region, remotely from Jakarta. You will identify strategic accounts, conduct consultative discussions, present AI-powered SaaS solutions, and manage complex negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.

You will coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to deliver value, maintain a healthy pipeline, and build long-term enterprise

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology platforms, or complex digital products.
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles of six months or longer with deal values of USD 100,000 or above.
• Strong track record of owning the complete sales process from prospecting through negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales initiatives across Indonesia and SEA region.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to ensure delivery.
• Maintain pipeline, provide forecasts, and report on progress.
• Represent the company at industry events and in enterprise networking activities.
