Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new business growth across Southeast Asia. The role covers the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

The candidate should be an independent, sales-driven professional with experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled platforms, and a track record of managing long sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; top-tier universities preferred.
• 2–5+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) and high-value deals (USD 100,000+).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts in Southeast Asia through outbound and inbound strategies.
• Engage mid-to-senior-level stakeholders and understand their business needs.
• Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
• Present AI-powered SaaS and enterprise tech solutions aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to deliver client value.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and timely CRM updates.
• Provide regular visibility on pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients through value-driven follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends in enterprise SaaS and AI to identify opportunities.
