Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to drive cloud business growth for enterprise customers in Jakarta Selatan. You will design scalable cloud architectures, present to stakeholders, and lead PoC activities, translating complex needs into viable cloud solutions.

The role requires 5–8+ years in cloud architecture or ICT solution consulting, with strong experience in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Cloud Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or ICT Solution Consulting.
• Experience designing and positioning Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization, cloud-native platforms, compute, storage, and networking.
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise cloud trends.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, and POC activities for enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable cloud architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including engagement with C-level.
• HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or equivalent cloud certs are preferred.
• Sales-minded with presentation, consulting, and business engagement skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales cloud solution design and technical consulting for enterprise customers.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to support deal closure.
• Design scalable Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS architectures aligned to business needs.
• Lead PoC, technical validation, and cloud migration planning activities.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders to assess current infra and readiness.
• Convert customer pain points into commercially viable cloud solutions.
• Support sales with technical proposals, positioning, and competitive strategies.
• Analyze cloud trends, AI adoption, and enterprise transformation to strengthen offerings.
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery and implementation.
