Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Senior Solution Architect to drive cloud business growth through enterprise solution design, customer engagement, and technical consulting. You will design scalable cloud architectures, lead POC activities, and translate complex requirements into commercially viable solutions.

You will partner with sales and technical teams to secure deals, shape proposals, and guide migrations across public, private, and hybrid clouds.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
5–8+ years in Cloud Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, or ICT consulting.
Experience designing Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, SaaS or PaaS.
Proven ability to present, run POC, and translate requirements into cloud architectures.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
Certifications HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales cloud solution design and technical consulting for enterprise customers.
Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to support customer acquisition.
Design scalable Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS architectures aligned with business needs.
Lead PoC, technical validation, and cloud migration planning activities.
Collaborate with customer IT teams and stakeholders to assess infrastructure and readiness.
Translate customer pain points into commercially competitive cloud solutions.
Support sales teams in technical proposals, solution positioning, and competitive strategies.
Analyze cloud technology trends, AI adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
