Job summary

PT Tangara Mitrakom, a proud member of the EMTEK Group, is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue with enterprise clients across Indonesia. You will cultivate relationships, identify opportunities in cloud computing and cybersecurity, and lead proposals aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, innovative technology solutions and stay ahead of industry trends in cloud and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in Cloud Computing or Cyber Security sales/management preferred.
• Experience with IT, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Procurement, and C-Level stakeholders.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets for enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
• Identify, develop, and close new opportunities in Cloud, Cyber Security, connectivity, and managed solutions.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, capture requirements, and develop strategic proposals.
• Position cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, and managed services to customers.
• Collaborate with technical, solution, project, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead gen to closing and account management.
• Maintain relationships with IT, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Procurement, and C-Level stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, especially cloud and cybersecurity.
• Act as a trusted technology partner translating business needs into solutions.
