You will respond to inquiries via Live chat, provide accurate information, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment with a night shift.”

Formación

• Diploma 3 or higher
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for service
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM applications
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willing to work night shift
• Good health
• Available to join as soon as possible

Responsabilidades
