Job summary

PT Concentrix Services Indonesia is seeking an English Customer Service Agent to join our live chat team in Surakarta, Central Java. This full-time role focuses on resolving customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, handling inbound live chats, and maintaining thorough records of interactions.

You will escalate complex issues, contribute to process improvements, and participate in ongoing training to strengthen your customer service skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (minimum B2).
• Experience in customer service for at least 1 year.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound live chats with patience, empathy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate and timely information to address customer queries.
