Join our high-performing team as an English Customer Service representative at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia, a leading provider of global customer experience solutions. In this full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns, also play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role divided only 2 shifting hours (16.00 / 20.00).

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound customer live chats with patience, empathy and professionalism
• Provide accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concerns
• Identify and escal complex issues to the appropriate teams for efficient resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (minimum B2)
• No experience needed, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
