Job summary

PT Concentrix Services Indonesia in Surakarta, Central Java, invites energetic English-speaking individuals to join our customer service team as a full-time representative. Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required.

The role focuses on handling inbound live chats, resolving inquiries with empathy, and delivering top-notch support during night shifts on-site. You will work with a supportive team, participate in training, and contribute to process improvements while building strong

Qualifications

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (minimum B2).
No experience needed; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for handling inquiries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work Night Shift.
Willing to work on site in Surakarta.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer live chats with patience, empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concerns.
Identify and elevate complex issues to appropriate teams for efficient resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
