Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an English Customer Service Agent to support our growing e-commerce operations in Indonesia. The role involves assisting customers via email or chat, handling orders, returns, refunds, and providing empathetic, accurate responses.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service (e-commerce preferred), excellent English, and a willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably e-commerce). Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent English communication skills – both written and spoken (B2 level)
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and/or chat in English
• Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to elevate or resolve issues
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback
