Job summary

PT Rinnai Indonesia is seeking an Engineering / Product Engineering (PE) Staff to join our dynamic engineering team in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. This role focuses on design, development, and optimization of our product portfolio and requires hands-on engineering in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and at least two years of manufacturing experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in engineering within manufacturing (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes.

About the role

PT Rinnai Indonesia is seeking an Engineering / Product Engineering (PE) Staff to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. As an Engineering / Product Engineering Staff, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring that all machinery and other supporting facilities are in good condition to support the company's operational activities.
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for new product concepts and engineering improvements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and solutions for customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen activities to enhance product performance and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of design changes, testing results, and engineering modifications.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts during product development and production phases.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• At least 2 years of work experience in engineering within the manufacturing industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with PLC programs, Robotics, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and technical drawing interpretation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Management sense, good personality, fast learner and having analysis ability.
• Placement in Factory at Cikupa or Balaraja.
