About the role

We are seeking HRGA Supervisor to join PT Rinnai Indonesia in a full-time position based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will provide strategic support to the Human Resources and General Administration functions, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. As HRGA Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient workplace environment, supporting employee development, and contributing to the overall success of our organisational objectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA roles, within a manufacturing company with at least 1.000 employees.

Experience in manufacturing industries is mandatory (trading companies will not be considered).

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, including: Manpower Act No. 13 of 2003, Job Creation ("Cipta Kerja") Act No. 11 of 2020, and other applicable HR-related regulations.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and document control systems will be an advantage.

Experienced in handling company legal matters and industrial relations.

Proven experience in recruitment, training, and organizational development.

Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good decision-making capability and management sense, highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Able to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
