About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer HVAC to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. As a Trainer HVAC, you will play a crucial role in educating and upskilling our technicians on the latest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technologies and best practices. This full-time position will be based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training program on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
• Conduct hands‑on training sessions in our state‑of‑the‑art training facilities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and adapt training content accordingly
• Provide technical support and guidance to our nationwide network of HVAC technicians
• Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate feedback and insights from the field
• Maintain detailed training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training program
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training capabilities

What we’re looking for

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
