Job summary

PT Rinnai Indonesia is seeking an Engineering / Product Engineering (PE) Staff to join our dynamic engineering team in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. This role focuses on design, development, and optimization of our product portfolio and requires hands-on engineering in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and at least two years of manufacturing experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of work experience in engineering within manufacturing (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery and facilities are in good condition to support operations.
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for new product concepts and improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports.
