Job summary

Aston Cirebon Hotel & Convention Center in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, post vacancies, and screen applicants. You will liaise with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews with candidates.

You will maintain candidate records, support offers and onboarding, and produce recruitment reports to monitor ongoing hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process
• Post job vacancies on portals and recruitment platforms
• Screen CVs and applications based on qualifications
• Contact candidates for interviews and updates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain professional communication with candidates
• Update candidate database and recruitment records
• Coordinate with HR and departments regarding staffing needs
• Assist with offers, references, and pre-employment documents
• Support onboarding for new hires
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor open positions
• Ensure recruitment follows SOPs and timelines
