Job summary

Aston Cirebon Hotel & Convention Center in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, post vacancies, and screen applicants. You will liaise with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews with candidates.

You will maintain candidate records, support offers and onboarding, and produce recruitment reports to monitor ongoing hiring.
