Job summary

PT. Hisense International Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization. You will source candidates, screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers, while supporting onboarding and exit processes.

The role offers exposure to HR Operations, Compliance, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding, with a focus on multitasking across multiple vacancies and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work independently.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HODs to develop Job Descriptions and candidate requirements
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, CV screening, preliminary interviews, and interview coordination
• Prepare interview reports and coordinate interviews with users and upper management when required
• Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate pipelines
• Support other HR activities as assigned by the HRGA Manager
• Receive exposure and training in other HR functions such as HR Operations, HR Compliance, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding
