Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Hospitality recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience hiring technical roles is a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting openings on various job boards and screening resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to keep them informed throughout the process.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage logistics.
• Prepare and extend job offers with necessary information for a smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in integrating new hires into the company culture and operations.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing via social media and career site updates.
