Job summary

PT PANCA UTAMA ASIA is seeking a capable HR & Admin professional in Jakarta to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

You will also handle employee records, payroll support, and HR transactions while ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment laws and company policies. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR and general administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HR management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Support payroll administration.
• Process HR transactions including leave requests and employment contracts.
• Assist with performance management and appraisals.
• Oversee general administrative functions including office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide HR guidance to employees on policies and workplace matters.
• Maintain HR documentation and generate reports as required by management.
