Ruangguru for Business is seeking a Sales Consultant to generate and convert leads into revenue. You will conduct product presentations, guide prospective customers, and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

You will manage CRM data, stay updated on products, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. The role requires travel, a proactive attitude, and the ability to operate Google Workspace using a smartphone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Experience as a Sales Consultant is an added value.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Able to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Own smartphone and laptop.

Responsabilités

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
