Ruangguru is seeking a Sales Consultant to generate leads and convert them into sales in a dynamic, target-driven environment in Jakarta. You will conduct product presentations and consult with prospective customers, building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The role requires travel when necessary and a solid ability to manage data and sales activities using CRM tools, while staying updated on Ruangguru products and educational trends.

Formación

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Experience as a Sales Consultant is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
