Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Experience as Sales Consultant is an added value.
• Strong commitment to work in the sales sector and achieve targets.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Has a personal smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress using the CRM system.
