Intrepid Asia is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to manage and grow ecommerce brands across platforms in Indonesia. You’ll serve as the main contact, crafting ecommerce strategies and annual plans, negotiating with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize consumer exposure and brand growth.

The role requires a solid grasp of ecommerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development, and marketplace growth levers.

Qualifikationen

• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee) or with a brand/distributor.
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans.
• Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions.

Aufgaben

• Grow account NMV and revenue
• Build strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts
• Deliver expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers for brands
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat)
• Ensure all brand/store KPIs are met
• Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination
• Responsible for product listings and pricing submission
• Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure timely submissions and tasks
