Intrepid Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to grow ecommerce brands across Lazada and Shopee. You will be the brand’s main contact, shape annual plans, and drive NMV growth while coordinating with Content, Store Management, and Operations teams.

You will negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders, develop activation calendars, and ensure KPI delivery. The role offers exposure to livestreaming, video content, and a fast-paced startup environment with strong career

Qualificações

• 1–2 years ecommerce experience with Lazada/Shopee or brand/distributor
• Commercial, performance-driven mindset and collaborative attitude
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to translate brand strategy into annual/monthly activation plans
• Experience developing digital/ecommerce campaign plans
• Analytical skills to analyze data and suggest improvements
• Proven project management experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

• Grow account NMV and revenue
• Build strong relationships with brand & platform teams
• Provide recommendations on strategy, promotions, and growth levers
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive brand performance
• Ensure brand/store KPIs are met
• Support execution of promotion plans and campaigns
• Manage product listings and pricing submissions
• Oversee team workflow for timely submissions
