Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end omnichannel ecommerce and social commerce initiatives for top brands in SEA. You will own the commercial pipeline from prospecting to closing and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored, high-impact solutions.

With 5–10 years in BD or sales, you will leverage a strong regional network to win new accounts and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in BD, partnerships or sales in digital marketing or media.
• Strong network with brand marketing decision-makers in the region.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to build a pipeline and drive results independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with brands across key verticals.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Advise clients with tailored ecommerce and social strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions meeting client objectives.
• Create growth plans, proposals, and client presentations.
• Represent the company at events and expand your personal network.
• Refine positioning and go-to-market approaches with BD and marketing teams.
