Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to grow ecommerce brands across platforms in Malaysia. You will develop ecommerce strategies, own annual plans, and act as the main contact between brands and marketplace stakeholders to maximize exposure and NMV.

You will collaborate with Content, Store Management and Ops teams to drive executions, manage pricing and listings, and deliver data-driven recommendations to propel growth in a rapidly evolving SEA market.

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years of relevant Ecommerce experience with platforms or brands.
• Commercial, performance-driven mindset; fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and activation plans.
• Experience in developing digital/ecommerce campaign plans.
• Analytical skills to analyze data and propose improvements.
• Project management experience; good Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow account NMV and revenue.
• Build relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
• Deliver expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers.
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional team to drive brand performance.
• Ensure all brand/store KPIs are met.
• Support the execution of promotion plans and coordination.
• Responsible for product listings and pricing submissions.
• Oversee team workflow to meet deadlines.
