Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for the assigned area.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and ensure optimum inventory levels at distributor.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, sales materials, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of distributors, ensuring they adhere to company policies and meet sales targets
• Conduct regular meetings and sales reviews with the sales team and distributor to provide feedback, address challenges, and drive performance improvement.
• Monitor and manage trade spending, budgets, and expenses within the assigned area.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Establish partnerships with local institutions to build brand awareness and grow alternative selling channel
