Job summary

PT Changhong Electric Indonesia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our East Java operations. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage branch performance, and supervise the Sales, Sales Promoter, and Sales Admin teams to achieve targets.

You will expand dealer networks, monitor market trends and pricing, maintain strong relationships with partners, and ensure AR control, returns, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or similar managerial role.
• Experience in sales management, branch operations, and team leadership.
• Strong ability to develop dealer networks and sales channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to be placed in East Java.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
• Manage and monitor branch operations to ensure business performance and target achievement.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the Sales, Sales Promoter, and Sales Admin teams.
• Develop and expand dealer networks and sales channels across the assigned area.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key business partners.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on overdue payments.
• Control product returns and branch assets.
• Identify and resolve sales and operational issues within the branch.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and carry out other duties assigned by management.
