Job summary

PT Changhong Electric Indonesia seeks a results-driven Sales Modern Trade professional to manage home appliance products in Jakarta’s modern retail channel. You will build strong relationships with partners, develop channel strategies, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to execute plans.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in modern trade sales, strong negotiation and analysis skills, fluent English, and the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Min 3 years of experience in Sales Modern Trade Channel, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
• Experience managing modern market partners such as Electronic City, Erablue, Courts, Best Denki, etc.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Able to analyze market data and develop effective sales plans.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Able to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with teams.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and development for home appliance products in modern trade channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with modern retail partners and key accounts.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve channel targets and growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective channel execution.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor product availability, stock, and display.
• Prepare sales reports including performance, stock, activities, and competitor analysis.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management on trends and needs.
• Monitor AR aging and overdue payments from customers.
