Job summary

PT. CHANGHONG MEILING ELECTRIC INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team in Samarinda and surrounding areas. You will coach, train, and supervise field staff, drive sell-in and sell-out performance, and implement dealer- and customer-focused strategies.

You will travel across Indonesia as needed and work with English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in Sales/Marketing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 3 years in Sales/Marketing, preferably electronics/home appliances.
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-out, dealer management, and market development.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
• Willing to travel across assigned areas and other regions of Indonesia.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and increase the sales team’s sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team through coaching, training, and field assistance.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, programs, and promotional activities in the area.
• Manage relationships with customers and dealers, expanding market coverage through new dealer acquisition.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews with the team, offline or online.
• Monitor product stock, distribution, and sell-out performance at partner dealers.
• Evaluate promoters’ performance at partner dealers.
• Prepare regular sales reports with insights and recommendations.
