Job summary

goldenagri is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive monthly targets, and expand outlet coverage within the General Trade network. The role requires strong GT knowledge, leadership, and strategic relationship-building with customers across the territory.

Candidate should have 2–3 years in sales, a Bachelor's degree, and proven coaching ability. Frequent travel within Indonesia is expected to support market growth and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, FMCG/beverage preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong General Trade (GT) knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel frequently within territory.

• Expand and sustain active outlet coverage.
• Ensure Field Sales Representatives follow prescribed selling steps.
