Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years in sales, preferably FMCG/beverage.
• Proven experience leading sales teams.
• Strong GT knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and people management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a track record of hitting sales targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of customer master data.
• Increase and maintain active outlet coverage.
• Ensure FSRs follow prescribed selling steps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor and improve service levels across General Trade (GT).
