Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) in Bekasi is seeking a sales professional to drive GT/LMT initiatives and consistently hit monthly targets. You will manage customer data accuracy, build proximity relationships with customers, and oversee selling steps with field sales reps.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Sales within FMCG/beverage, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Experience in leading and managing a sales team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels.
• Understanding of sales KPIs, sales processes, and route-to-market operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
