Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the General Trade sales team across designated territories in Indonesia. The role focuses on achieving monthly targets, data accuracy, expanding active outlets, and ensuring FSRs follow the prescribed selling steps to maximize revenue.

The candidate will build strong customer relationships, monitor service levels in General Trade, and develop the team through coaching and performance management while frequent travel within the territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG/beverage.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong GT knowledge.
• Leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with proven sales/revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of customer master data.
• Increase and maintain active outlet coverage.
• Ensure Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) follow prescribed selling steps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor and improve service levels across General Trade (GT)
