Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Sales Supervisor for distribution, focusing on beverage channels and regional targets in Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, and DIY areas including Solo and Yogyakarta. You will lead the sales team to meet KPI targets, manage channel performance, and maintain key customer relationships.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 2 years of supervisory experience, with excellent communication and a robust local network across Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as sales supervisor in distribution, especially beverage and Channel MT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong network in Jawa Barat & Jawa Tengah, DIY, Solo and Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly target for Channel LMT and overall KPI performance.
• Ensure accuracy of customer data master and Active Outlet status.
• Oversee selling step walkthrough by FSR and maintain proximity relationships with customers.
• Monitor service level MT and FS and drive improvements.
